The continuous motion roller header sealer is a highly versatile accessory for side-weld bag machines.
- Requires only a 110VAC power outlet (or other by request) and 80 PSI clean air.
- Positioned on the floor between the "V" Board and the Capstan, the unit can be easily moved and tilted in any direction to align with the web and position the seal relative to the bag fold.
- Not an independent unit; requires linear motion of the film to operate.
- Sealing jaws automatically open and close with machine start/stop when connected to a normally open (NO) contact from the start relay.
- If no start relay contact is available, a limit switch in the lower dancer position of the bag machine or the manual "Open-Run" switch on the sealer can be used.
- Sealing dwell time adjusts according to web speed.
- Temperature is controlled by a solid-state controller, while air pressure is managed by a pressure regulator.
- Equipped with self-leveling sealing bars and cooling heat sink bars for a superior seal.
