Batches of bags are taken from the wicket conveyor with temporary wire or ties and inserted into the unit.

Requires simultaneous activation with both hands for safety; remains in the down position until one hand is removed.

Pins are pushed down by an air cylinder and penetrate the wicket batch of bags.

Creates an equal number of welded points and eliminates the wicket wire.

Manual temperature control (one setting for all pins).

Timed preheating allows operation after the preset time elapses.
