Cross Bank

The Cross-Bank system is designed to be mounted in-line with a converting bag machine. It uses pressurized air to propel air cylinders attached to an assembly of punches or blades, which perforate the film. The system is controlled by an electrical pulse signal from the bag machine, and air-operated hold-down brackets and gear positioning are available as optional features.

This punching or serrating Cross-Bank system can be adapted to virtually any intermittent bag-making machine. Optional features like a holding adjustable sub-frame, air-operated clamping device, and knock-outs collecting vacuum pan make it highly desirable equipment. It accommodates different punch diameters without requiring any additional accessories. Punches or blades can be positioned at any desired distance across the bag machine to maintain the integrity of printed images.
